      <image:title>Belinda Miller - Belinda Wise, FNP-C</image:title>
<image:caption>Belinda Wise FNP-C has over 20 years of health care experience. She obtained her Associate Degree in Applied Science-Nursing from Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. After working in a variety of areas within the health system of Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, she chose to continue her education. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012 from Central Methodist University, followed by her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2015 from Walden University. She then moved to Libby and joined the Libby Clinic in 2016. She enjoys Family Practice which allows her to care for patients from birth through end-of-life. She loves getting to know her patients and their families, and building long-term relationships. She believes both our choices and our environment impact our health, and includes both natural and conventional medicine in her practice. Belinda has always had a desire to live near the mountains. When she was provided with the opportunity to move from southeast Missouri, she took a leap of faith and moved to Libby, and has never looked back. She enjoys spending time with family and friends whether at home or outdoors enjoying the serenity of the mountains.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Glenne Gunther - Glenne Gunther, MD</image:title>
<image:caption>Dr. Gunther grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. She went to college in Ann Arbor, Michigan, then medical school at Tufts University in Boston. She stayed in Boston to start her residency, then married her husband, Christian, and the two of them moved to Berlin, Germany. They lived there for two years, during which she worked as a physician in a psychiatric hospital. After the birth of their daughter Gudrun, they moved back to the states to Rochester, NY, and she finished her residency in Internal Medicine plus an additional two years in Family Practice residency. The Gunther’s son Roland was born in Rochester, and that’s where Dr. Gunther started working after completing residency. In 1987, Dr. Gunther decided to follow her heart, and she and her family moved to Libby to join Dr. Rice at the Libby Clinic. They have been here ever since. She loves practicing Internal Medicine in Libby because of the wonderful people, both patients and colleagues, and the extraordinary medical facilities available for a town of this size. She has truly enjoyed getting to know people over an extended period of time, growing more “mature” together, and getting to care for people in good times, and in the hospital when needed. In her free time, she loves being out in the woods with her dogs and horses, and hiking the amazing local mountain trails. She feels so much more connected to nature here than anywhere else she has lived. The Gunthers are fortunate to have fantastic views from their home, with absolutely first rate sunsets, and are so grateful for the life they’ve been able to live in Libby.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Severine Basham PA-C grew up in the small village of Ninilchik, Alaska with a population of less than 1000. This is where she grew to love the great outdoors, spending the summers fishing and then working at the local cannery. She later attended Florida Southern College and graduated with a degree in biology. Her first jobs included work as a skills trainer with children with autism, a physical therapy assistant, and a health aide at the local native health clinic, before she decided to return to school to become a Physician Assistant. She received her Physician Assistant degree from University of Washington in 2007. She started her career in Dutch Harbor, AK on the Aleutian chain in a stand-alone health center that served everyone on the island, with a hospital that was 4 hours away by flight (if they could land on the difficult runway). She was in charge of outreach programs and public events that included visiting ships, fish processing plants, and the Care Center. She was also the Wellness Coordinator for the clinic. After gaining a lot of clinical experience in Alaska, she went to work on the island of Saipan, a United States territory in the western Pacific. There she worked in a private clinic caring for patients of all ages. She also had an opportunity to go on a Mission Trip to Kenya for 2 weeks in 2016, and has always had a passion for service in international and underserved settings. She moved to Libby in 2014 and joined the Libby Clinic. She loves family practice, and see patients of all ages. She values patient education, and focuses a lot of her time during visits on making sure her patients understand their ailments. Severeine loves spending time with her family. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, swimming, and being out on the water. She also loves traveling, culture, and taking pictures of her many local and international adventures.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Virginia Fikes, FNP-C grew up in the small town of Liberty, Texas about 50 miles from the Gulf Coast. She was first introduced to the medical field at age 14 when she joined an EMS explorer program, which inspired her to pursue a career in nursing. She went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Lamar University in 2012. She started her nursing career specializing in maternal and child health and gained many years of experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas. She has always had a passion for traveling, and in 2016 she decided to pack her bags and become a travel nurse, working 3-month nursing assignments at hospitals throughout Northern and Southern California. She first came to Libby in 2019, taking a travel nursing assignment at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center. She is an avid National Parks visitor and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to cross Glacier and Banff off of her bucket list. She grew to love all of the people and activities that define Libby and decided to make it her forever home in 2020. She obtained her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in May of 2021 at The University of Texas in Arlington. She performed her clinical rotations at the Libby Clinic with Dr. Rice, Dr. Jarrett and Belinda Wise, FNP-C, and is excited to be a part of the Libby Clinic family. Her style of practice includes traditional and alternative approaches to health and wellness. She approaches patients with an understanding that physical health goes hand-in-hand with mental and spiritual health. She is recently married and has two dogs. She enjoys hiking, running, and gardening in her free time. She has a passion for triathlons, having completed one full Ironman and many half Ironman’s, and plans to compete in another full Ironman triathlon soon.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Elise Mills - Elise Mills, PA-C</image:title>
<image:caption>Elise Mills, PA-C, grew up in rural Mooresville, Indiana. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in biology from Milligan University in Johnson City, Tennessee in 2021. During her time at Milligan she learned about the PA profession and fell in love with the career. She developed experience in healthcare working as a CNA at a local nursing home. She then spent one summer in Ivory Coast, Africa volunteering at an HIV/AIDs clinic and developing her passion for working in rural and clinically underserved areas. Once Elise finished her undergraduate schooling she immediately transitioned into Milligan’s Physician Assistant program. During her master’s she was able to travel to Azogues, Ecuador on a mission trip to experience and learn about healthcare in another rural setting. During her travels and her time in eastern Tennessee her already established love for travel, medicine, and the outdoors grew. She graduated from Milligan’s PA program in April of 2024 and was ready to move to Libby with her husband, Cooper. Elise is passionate about educational, preventive, conventional, and holistic medicine. She has a strong belief in whole person care including physical, emotional, and spiritual health. She works alongside her patients to help them develop a plan that best fits their needs and desires. Elise enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, camping, kayaking and paddle boarding with her husband, her son, and their dog Millie.</image:caption>
